As the wheel of the year turns, the Fall Equinox arrives. A moment of perfect balance where day and night stand equal, inviting us to pause, reflect, and realign.
This evening is a sacred space to honor the changing season, to celebrate the harvest of what has grown, and to gently release what is ready to fall away. Through the ceremonial heart-opening medicine of cacao and the deeply restorative vibrations of sound, we will gather in ritual to reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the cycles of the Earth.
The sounds will carry you inward, softening the mind and attuning the body to harmony, while the spirit of cacao opens the heart to clarity, warmth, and presence. Together, these sacred tools guide us into a state of inner balance, mirroring the equal light and dark of the equinox.

The address is 1114A Central Ave (Prince Albert). We ask that you arrive 10 mins early to get settled. Doors will be locked at 6:59. For your comfort and coziness, we recommend bringing a journal, yoga mat, a blanket and pillow and an eye mask.
