Private Sound Bath Ritual

Step into a sacred space where sound, breath, and intention meet.
These private sound bath rituals are more than a healing experience—they are a return to your truth, your stillness, and your connection to self and spirit.
Held in a cozy private space, or brought to the comfort of your chosen location, these 90-minute sessions are offered for groups of up to 8 (larger groups welcome—please contact for pricing).
We begin each ritual with a guided meditation, gently dropping you into your body and breath. From this grounded space, you’ll be invited to receive—bathed in the frequencies of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls played around your body, chimes, gong and intentional energy.
Sound healing works on a cellular and energetic level to:
✨ Calm the nervous system
✨ Release stored emotions or stress
✨ Open the heart and activate intuitive clarity
✨ Realign energy centers (chakras)
✨ Support deep rest, inner peace, and expansion
No experience is necessary to co-create in this beautiful container. All that’s needed is an open heart and a willingness to receive. Whether you're coming with friends, family, co-workers, or your healing circle, this ritual will meet you exactly where you are—and carry you somewhere softer.
These sessions are also a reflection of our love.

✨ Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, pillow, and journal (extras available)
✨ Location: Private studio in Prince Albert or your preferred space (travel fees may apply outside Prince Albert)

For those looking to deepen their experience, we offer the option to begin your ritual with a sacred cacao ceremony.
Cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine used in ritual to raise the collective vibration, soften energetic barriers, and invite deeper connection—both with yourself and those sharing the space with you. Together, we’ll sip intentionally, honoring cacao’s wisdom as it gently opens your heart and energy field, allowing you to receive and witness yourself and others more fully.
This addition creates a beautiful foundation for the sound journey to unfold, amplifying clarity, connection, and presence throughout the ceremony.
