These private sound bath rituals are an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Through guided meditation and immersive sound, the body is given space to unwind, the mind grows quiet, and the energy field gently returns to balance.
Each ritual begins with a grounding meditation, guiding you back into your breath and body. From this settled place, you’ll be invited to receive as waves of sound move through the space.
Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls played around the body, chimes, gong, and intentional energy create a deeply restorative experience that works on both the cellular and energetic levels.
Sound healing can support:
✨ calming the nervous system
✨ releasing stored stress or emotion
✨ opening the heart and deepening intuitive clarity
✨ realigning the body’s energy centers
✨ inviting deep rest, peace, and expansion
No experience is necessary to receive the benefits of sound. Simply arrive as you are with an open heart and a willingness to rest into the experience.
These rituals are often shared with friends, family, co-workers, or healing circles. Whether you are celebrating, reconnecting, or simply creating space to pause together, this experience meets each group exactly where they are.

✨ 1.5 hour private sound bath ritual
✨ $355 for groups of up to 8 when hosted in your space
(please contact us for groups larger than 8)
✨ If the session is held in our private studio in Prince Albert, a $150 space rental fee is added
✨ Optional ceremonial cacao add-on
Extends the experience to 2 hours and is $50 for groups of up to 8
✨ Please bring: yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, and journal
(extras are available if needed)
✨ Location: Your preferred space or our private studio in Prince Albert
Travel fees may apply outside Prince Albert
