Plant Medicine & Sound Ceremony

This ceremony is a space to slow down, drop in, and reconnect with your body, your energy, and the wisdom of the Earth.
We work with three supportive allies: Hapé, Sound, and Ceremonial Cacao. Each one meets you in a different way, offering grounding, clarity, and integration as you arrive more fully into yourself.
Humans have long worked with plants and vibration as medicine to remember. To clear the mind, settle the nervous system, and create space to listen inward. These allies help us reconnect to what already lives within us.
Hapé is a sacred Amazonian medicine prepared with care and intention. It supports grounding and mental clarity, helping to clear stagnant energy and bring awareness back into the body. Many experience a deep sense of presence, focus, and alignment. It’s a quiet return to what feels true.
Sound moves through the body as vibration, inviting the nervous system into rest and recalibration. The frequencies support release, regulation, and integration, allowing the body and energy field to respond naturally, without effort.
Ceremonial Cacao offers gentle heart support. Rich in minerals and naturally uplifting compounds, Cacao nourishes the physical body while energetically softening the heart. She brings warmth, openness, and a sense of connection, helping the experience land with ease.
Together, these medicines create a supportive container where release and insight can unfold organically. You are guided, held, and supported — by the Earth, by Spirit, and by your own inner wisdom.
