This private Hapé ceremony is a deeply personalized experience, created to support you in clearing, grounding, remembering, and reconnecting with your truth.
Held one-on-one in a warm, cozy studio setting, this ceremony is guided entirely by your energy, your intention, and what is ready to move, release, or awaken within you. You are welcomed exactly as you are and invited to listen to the intelligence of your body and Spirit throughout the journey.
We begin by setting a clear intention together. Prior to your session, I complete energetic pre-work within your energy field and access your Akashic Records to attune to the themes, guidance, and support present for you. Your Higher Self, Spirit Guides, and Spirit Team are consciously invited to assist and hold the container through every stage of the ceremony.
Hapé, a sacred Amazonian plant medicine, is welcomed in with gratitude and reverence. Traditionally used in prayer and healing, Hapé is a blend of tobacco and carefully chosen plants prepared with deep intention. Physically, it has been known to ease inflammation, open the respiratory system, relax the nervous system, and activate the prefrontal cortex, the center associated with higher awareness. Energetically, it grounds the body, clears stagnant energy, opens the third eye, and supports clarity, presence, and truth.
As you receive the medicine, you are gently guided through clearing and meditation, allowing the plant spirit to work in harmony with your system. If needed, shamanic practices may be used to help identify, release, or activate what is ready, always guided by your Spirit Team and the wisdom moving through the space.
Throughout the ceremony, energetic and sound support is woven in using drums, crystal bowls, rattles, and other instruments. Sound moves through the body at a cellular level, supporting nervous system regulation, integration, and energetic balance. You are free to move, shift, dance, rest, or meditate as your body asks. There is no right way to experience this work. Your body leads, and Spirit meets you there.
This ceremony creates a safe, held container for release, remembrance, and realignment. It is a space where insight can surface, energy can recalibrate, and deeper connection to yourself and Spirit can unfold naturally.
