The Lucia N°03 Light Journey is a 90-minute immersive ceremony designed to quiet the mind, relax the nervous system, and create space for a deeper connection with yourself. Blending intentional ceremony, therapeutic sound, and the Lucia N°03 light, this experience invites you into an expanded state of awareness where your own inner landscape can gently unfold.
Developed through years of research in neuroscience and psychology, the Lucia N°03 uses precisely engineered, flicker-based white light to support the brain in entering the naturally occurring hypnagogic state, the space between wakefulness and sleep where creativity, insight, deep relaxation, and inner awareness often emerge. Unlike guided visualization or meditation, the light offers no images or direction of its own. Every colour, pattern, memory, sensation, or moment of stillness arises from within you.
No two journeys are ever the same.
Some participants experience profound peace. Others describe moments of inspiration, emotional release, expanded awareness, or a deep sense of connection. Your ceremony begins with a gentle energetic clearing and intention setting, allowing you to arrive fully in the present moment. You will then settle into a restorative sound bath while experiencing the Lucia N°03 Light Journey, where the frequencies of crystal singing bowls and sacred instruments create a supportive space for your journey to naturally unfold.
Following the journey, we gather over a warm cup of ceremonial cacao to gently integrate your experience through quiet reflection and optional sharing within our intimate group of four participants.

Is this experience right for me?
Because the Lucia N°03 uses rhythmic light stimulation, this experience is not suitable for everyone. It is not recommended for those who have epilepsy, a history of seizures, sensitivity to flashing lights, or certain other medical conditions.

Doors will be locked at 6:59 For your comfort and coziness, we recommend bringing a journal, yoga mat, a blanket and pillow and an eye mask and anything else that will help you feel comfortable as you journey inward..
