Before our session
Before we meet, I spend time connecting with your Akashic Records and energy field so our time together can focus on understanding and clearing the patterns that are ready to be revealed.
During this preparation I look at the energetic themes you are currently moving through. This may include karmic loops from past lives, emotional imprints carried in the body, or energetic structures that are restricting your energy in this lifetime.
This preparation allows our session to move quickly into the insights and energetic shifts most relevant for you.
How the session unfolds
When we meet, we begin with a short breath and chakra visualization to help you settle into your body and connect with your higher self and Spirit team.
From there we explore the insights that came through in preparation, along with the guidance your Spirit Guides bring forward during the session.
Your guides lead the process.
My role is to hold the space, translate what is shown, and support the energetic shifts that allow you to move forward with clarity.
Sessions often include a combination of intuitive channeling, energetic clearing, and guided exploration of the patterns shaping your life.
